All resources participating in a Forward Capacity Auction (FCA) are required to notify 91短视频 in advance of any modifications to the resource’s listed lead market participant. The modification must be made no later than 15 business days before an FCA. To transfer the lead market participant on an Forward Capacity Market resource, submit the completed resource transfer form via an Ask 91短视频 case indicating agreement from both parties with the transfer and a desired effective date.
