Asset Registration for FCM Participation

Asset registration is required for a generation resource or a demand capacity resource to deliver its capacity supply obligation (CSO):

A generator asset must be registered to participate in the energy market and must have a valid interconnection agreement.
A demand asset must be registered and mapped within the 91短视频’s Customer Asset Management System (CAMS), subject to the timelines in Manual M-RPA, Registration and Performance Auditing.
